Senior Litigation Attorney – Remote (Florida-Based)
Plaintiff-Side | Contingency Work | Construction Defect & Personal Injury
A respected Florida-based plaintiff litigation firm with a strong trial track record is seeking an experienced construction-focused litigation attorney to join its expanding team remotely. This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload involving construction defect, personal injury, and related civil litigation, with flexibility and full firm support.
About the

Role:

Handle contingency-based construction defect and personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
Take depositions, lead mediations, and serve as first-chair at trial
Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to construction and related matters
Collaborate with seasoned litigators and rely on dedicated support staff
Focus on results with no strict billable hour requirements

Ideal Candidate:

Licensed to practice in Florida
4+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience, preferably with construction defect and personal injury cases
Proven trial and deposition skills, comfortable in first- or second-chair roles
Ability to manage cases independently while working closely with the team as needed
Based in Florida and available to attend hearings and trials in person
