Are you a recent or soon-to-be law school graduate looking tobuild a career in business immigration? Do you have strong writingskills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clientsnavigate the U.S. visa process?
We are seeking a Legal Case Managerto join our team! This role provides a unique opportunity to gainhands-on experience in immigration law, with full training andguidance provided. Successful candidates will have the opportunityfor promotion to an attorney position upon passing the bar.
Althoughthis position is fully remote, candidates must reside in the stateof Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and edit technical/legal documents and lettersbased on internal guidelines. Revise materials according to internal specifications andclient feedback. Communicate with clients through our case management system,addressing inquiries and providing updates. Assist with reference letter projects and otherdocumentation. Work under deadlines to ensure timely submission of clientcases (occasional overtime may be required). Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent. Strong English writing skills with attention to detail. Excellent client service and communication abilities. Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently undertight deadlines. Professional demeanor and strong time management skills. Relevant internship or work experience is a plus. Mandarin proficiency preferred but not required.
