We are seeking Attorneys (Mid-Senior Level) in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, products liability, commercial litigation and first-party property. About the Role We are currently seeking Attorneys with 5-7 years of experience working in a Trial Firm handling i nsurance defense matters in the areas of: personal injury, premises liability, products liability, commercial litigation and first-party property to join our statewide practice. The ideal candidates should possess strong skills in writing, oral advocacy, analysis, and research, with a preference for federal court experience. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis Provide oral advocacy in various legal settings Work on writing and drafting legal documents Must be admitted & in good standing with the Florida Bar Required Skills 5-7 years of experience working as a Trial Lawyer in a Defense Firm, preferably in the areas listed above (Commercial Litigation/Premises & General Liability, FPP, etc.) Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to conduct legal research and analysis Competitive Annual Compensation Package with bonus potential Flexible working environment, career/life balance supported by a collaborative team 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match Opportunities for creative freedom and idea exchange in an innovative workspace
