: Progressive commission structure for originating engagements and working on team transactions (No salary or initial draw) Role Description Eyzenberg & Company is the industry’s leading ground lease and capital advisory firm, providing full capital stack solutions for existing, transitional, and to-be-built commercial real estate projects. We offer a robust in-house training and support system from senior executive team members to help you get ramped up, source, and execute transactions. We are seeking experienced professionals with prior capital markets experience (on either the buy or sell side) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to originate, structure, and close new debt/equity/C-PACE/ground lease financing opportunities ranging from $10M to $150M, with institutional-quality execution, analytical, and placement support. Responsibilities Originate capital-raising mandates across all property types, geographies, and deal cycles Manage relationships with existing clients to support current opportunities and cultivate future deals Collaborate with other members of the origination, transactional management, and support teams Manage the entire placement-to-closing process Market the firm’s proprietary Insurance Company + Agency/HUD correspondences and C-PACE products Qualifications MUST have a strong sense of urgency and exhibit tenacity in the pursuit of originating and closing transactions 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of success in an origination, brokerage, and/or placement role Existing relationships and experience working with real estate principals (your prospects) and CRE industry-adjacent service providers (your referral network) Experience in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business Ability to pre-screen a transaction and client prior to engagement Knowledge of the capital markets and its participant programs and nuances Understanding of complicated capital structures and the ability to assist in negotiating term sheets and legal documents Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Desire and commitment to work in a collaborative work environment Willingness and dedication to personal and professional growth
