Senior Trial Attorney Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Description We are in search of a Senior Trial Attorney to join our team in the legal industry, based in Miami Lakes, Florida. In this role, you will be leading high-stakes litigation, handling real cases with high-value policy limits and catastrophic injuries. You will not only be responsible for taking charge of cases from complaint to verdict, but also for mentoring entry-level litigation staff and ensuring compliance across litigation teams. Responsibilities:

• Lead high-stakes litigation cases from complaint to verdict, ensuring the delivery of compelling arguments in court.
• Handle complex cases involving various injuries and high-value policy limits, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients.
• Conduct mediations and depositions of expert witnesses, ensuring thorough preparation and execution.
• Mentor entry-level litigation staff, providing guidance and support in handling cases and court proceedings.
• Oversee paralegals and case managers, ensuring efficient case management and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use your expertise in personal injury law to guide case strategy and decision making.
• Utilize a variety of case management software and tools such as 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Conveyancer, and Document Management to manage case information and documents.
• Handle complaint handling and claim administration duties, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Apply your knowledge and skills in civil litigation and briefing to effectively represent clients in court.
• Ensure compliance across litigation teams, maintaining high standards of legal practice. Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a practicing attorney
• Proficient in 3M and Adobe Acrobat software
• Proven experience with Case Management Software and Conveyancer
• Demonstrated expertise in Document Management
• Ability to draft and prepare legal briefings
• Extensive experience in Civil Litigation
• Proven track record in Claim Administration
• Experience in handling and resolving complaints
• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics is a plus
