The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in commercial real estate transactions,including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Thisrole involves providing comprehensive legal support to clients,ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations, andmanaging complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

TransactionalWork:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estatecontracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leaseagreements, and financing documents.

Due Diligence:

Conductthorough due diligence, including reviewing title reports, surveys,environmental assessments, and zoning laws to ensure compliancewith transaction terms.

Client Advising:

Provide legal advice toclients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions,including risk mitigation and deal structuring.

Litigation Support:

Represent clients in real estate litigation, such as disputes overleases, property rights, or transaction terms.

Coordination:

Collaborate with other attorneys, real estate agents, and involvedparties to facilitate smooth transactions.

Legal Research:

Researchand analyze complex legal issues related to commercial real estateand stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations.

Documentation:

Prepare and file legal documents with relevantauthorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications/Skills:

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from anaccredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial realestate law, with a proven track record in handling complextransactions. Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Excellentanalytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in legalresearch tools and document management software.
