Staff Attorney – Health & Ie Maintenance Unit Job Description Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., (Legal Services) is accepting applications from attorneys admitted to the Florida Bar who have amitment to and passion for the rights of low-ie clients. The attorney will be responsible for their own caseload and will be required to conduct client intake on the phone, in-person and in themunity. The attorney will be required to develop and participate inmunity outreach events, conduct client and provider education events, and collaborate with client andmunity partners. The attorney will primarily represent individuals in public benefits and family law matters, with a focus on Medicaid eligibility and access, as well as issues related to Re-employment Assistance, SNAP (Food Stamps), Temporary Cash Assistance, divorce, and child custody .Qualifications

• Florida licensed attorney.
• Demonstratedmitment to serving low-ie people andmunities.
• Some experience with family law cases is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with teams.

Salary/ Benefits $75,000 – $80,000. Excellent fringe benefits packages, paid holidays, paid vacation (which after two years, increases to four weeks per year), sick leave (12 days per year), and five additional leave days. Full-time employees may participate in our benefits program on the 1st of the month following the date of hire.
