We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PermanentAssociate Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense to join ourreputable and high-performing legal team. This is a uniqueopportunity for an individual with a passion for litigation and adeep understanding of the insurance industry to play a pivotal rolein our organization. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor handling insurance defense cases from inception to resolution,providing top-notch legal counsel, and representing our clients ina range of insurance-related matters. This role requires a strongcommand of insurance defense, personal injury protection (PIP),first party property, and construction defect cases.

Responsibilities:

Handle a diverse caseload involving insurancedefense, personal injury protection (PIP), first party property,and construction defect. Develop and implement effective litigationstrategies to achieve successful resolution of cases. Conductthorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on variousinsurance-related matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complexlegal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings,mediations, and arbitrations. Provide legal advice to clientsregarding risk exposure, claim management, and policyinterpretation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations,and industry trends related to insurance defense. Collaborate withteam members to ensure a consistent and high quality of legalservice is provided to all clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate(JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a licensedattorney in good standing with the Florida state bar. A minimum of2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, withspecific experience in PIP, first party property, and constructiondefect cases. Proven track record of successfully managing adiverse caseload. Exceptional legal research, analytical,negotiation, and communication skills. Strong knowledge ofinsurance laws, regulations, and industry trends. High degree ofprofessionalism and confidentiality. Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent problem-solvingskills and the ability to think strategically. Strong interpersonalskills and the ability to work effectively in a team-orientedsetting.
