Associate Criminal Defense Attorney Weinstein Legal Team 905 Lee Road, Orlando, FL 32810 Weinstein Legal Team is a rapidly growing law firm with offices in Broward, Palm Beach, and Orange Counties. We are currently seeking a driven, growth-minded Criminal Defense Attorney to join our Orlando Office as we expand our Central Florida criminal defense practice. Our team is made up of experienced litigators, including former prosecutors and public defenders, united by a shared passion for criminal defense and a commitment to protecting our clients’ rights. We handle a wide range of cases, including misdemeanors, felonies, federal charges, injunctions/restraining orders, expungements/seals, and traffic-related criminal offenses.

A self-starter with a growth mindset who is excited to handle their own case load without being micro-managed. Someone looking to continue to help grow our Orlando criminal division. Core Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload from intake through resolution. Conduct court appearances, motion practice, plea negotiations, and trials. Travel as needed within surrounding counties (Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola, Brevard, Volusia, etc.) for court.
Additional Qualifications:
Florida Bar license in good standing required. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. Prior experience as a State Attorney or Public Defender is a strong plus .
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience with minimum of $75,000 – $100,000 with bonus structures for generating business and after hours calls. Comprehensive benefits package. Performance-based bonus structure.
