Mid-level. Responsibilities Represent clients in business law proceedings. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft and review legal documents. Advise clients. Provide guidance and advocate for clients’ rights. Stay informed about developments in law Litigation, inception to conclusion. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure effective case management. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree, prefer graduated in top 1/3, top 80 tier-one ranked school. Able to work on teams as well as work independently with minimal supervision. Litigation practice experienced, appearances, depositions, motions, etc. Solid legal research skills and proficiency in writing clear legal documents. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and maintaining client confidentiality. At least two years’ law firm litigation practice work experience; max ten years. Able to work in person in Orlando office full time.
