Salary:

The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in construction litigation, excellentacademic credentials, and the ability to communicate effectively inboth English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clientsin construction litigation cases, including handling depositions,court appearances, and trials. Conduct thorough legal research anddraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on construction lawmatters. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff todevelop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, andindustry trends. Communicate effectively with clients, opposingcounsel, and court personnel in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. Active license to practice law in the state of Florida. 3-7years of experience in construction litigation. Bilingualproficiency in English and Spanish is required. Excellent academiccredentials and strong legal research, drafting, and communicationskills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and aspart of a team. Strong commitment to client service and achievingsuccessful outcomes. Interested in hearing more?
