We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a passion for advocating for clients in various legal matters. This position involves representing clients in court, preparing legal documents, and providing strategic legal advice. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals
Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active state bar license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation
Strong understanding of civil procedure and trial practice
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with probate, trust, commercial, and estate planning law is a plus
