Position Overview:

As a Commercial/Fiduciary Litigation Attorney , you will take the lead on complex litigation matters involving commercial disputes and fiduciary responsibilities. This client-facing role requires someone with both courtroom confidence and excellent communication skills to keep clients informed and cases on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in commercial and/or fiduciary litigation matters Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the legal process Provide regular updates to clients on case progress Record billable time accurately and in accordance with ethical guidelines Actively contribute to firm improvement and culture Utilize legal technology and case management systems to enhance efficiency Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality legal outcomes

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and/or fiduciary litigation Experience in probate administration and estate planning is a strong plus Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines Proficiency in legal technology; familiarity with Caret/ZolaSuite is advantageous Active membership in good standing with the
