Yearly Responsibilities :
Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Work directly with clients to develop case strategies and keep them informed Maintain detailed records of case files and communications
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar 5-15 years of litigation experience in Florida state court Demonstrated experience in business, commercial, real estate, or construction disputes Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
