Salary:

Job Details We are seeking a talented,hard-working, and motivated Commercial Litigation AssociateAttorney to join our dynamic team in Orlando. The ideal candidatewill have three to six years of experience in commercial litigationand a strong commitment to delivering passionate client service andhigh-quality work product.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clientsin commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes,business torts, and other complex commercial issues. Conduct legalresearch, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Manage discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories,and document production. Provide strategic legal advice to clientsand develop litigation strategies. Collaborate with colleagues andclients to achieve favorable outcomes. Attend court hearings,trials, and mediations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degreefrom an accredited law school. Admission to The Florida Bar orwillingness to become admitted. Three to six years of experience incommercial litigation. Strong academic credentials and prior workexperience. Excellent legal research, writing, and analyticalskills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Soundjudgment and a commitment to delivering high-quality clientservice. Experience in handling complex commercial litigationmatters.
