Job Description:

The Criminal DefenseAttorney will manage a diverse caseload of criminal defensematters, including trial work. The ideal candidate will bringexperience, strong advocacy skills, and a passion for defendingclients’ rights.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in variouscriminal cases. Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions,pleadings and other legal documents. Develop defense strategies andmanage all stages of litigation. Negotiate with prosecutors toachieve favorable outcomes for clients. Handle trials, hearings,and other court appearances as needed. Communicate effectively withclients, providing case updates and addressing concerns.

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strongcase strategies.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from anaccredited law school. Active license to practice law in Florida.2-5 years of experience in criminal defense. Strong knowledge ofFlorida criminal law and court procedures. Excellent written andoral advocacy skills. Trial experience and a confident courtroompresence (preferred). Ability to perform under pressure and makesound legal decisions. Commitment to ethical legal practice andclient advocacy.
