Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our clients’ team in Orlando, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to leverage their litigation experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including contested and uncontested dissolutions of marriage, paternity matters, post-dissolution actions, domestic violence cases, child support, alimony, and timesharing. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, advocating for clients’ best interests in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare comprehensive legal documents, briefs, and motions. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to negotiate settlements amicably and ethically. Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar. Minimum of two years of experience in family law litigation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex legal matters to clients and the court. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing.
Salary:
$80-100k (based on experience)
