Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation. Draft legal documents and correspondence related to family law matters. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in family law cases, including divorce and custody disputes. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures. Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal support.
