HOA & Civil Litigation Attorney Confidential Maitland, FL 32751 Job Overview We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a strong background in Homeowner Association matters to join our dynamic Civil Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have 2 – 5 years experience in HOA and general civil litigation who can manage cases from inception through trial, ensuring that all legal processes are handled with diligence and professionalism. Responsibilities include continuous client communication, preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, attending mediations, and making court appearances.
