What We’re Looking For
Experience:
2+ years handling HOA or community association litigation, including covenant enforcement, collections, and general dispute resolution
Knowledge:
Familiar with Chapter 720, association governing documents, and applicable Florida statutes
Licensed:
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
Mindset:
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing cases with a client-first approach
