The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and a passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex systems. As an Immigration Caseworker, you will provide support, advocacy, and resources to clients facing various challenges during different steps of a wide variety of immigration cases. Responsibilities

• Help lawyer in preparing immigration applications
• Maintain contact with clients via phone, email and in person
• Perform general duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
• Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records
• Must speak English and Portuguese. Experience
• Knowledge of law office procedures is a plus
• Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communication
• Familiarity with computerized systems such as Google and Microsoft suites
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, personal, verbal and written
• Initial Interviews will be via video software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
