Position Overview The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, showcasing a strong ability to navigate complex transactions and provide sound legal advice to clients. This position plays a critical role in advising clients through the intricacies of corporate transactions and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate governance.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and corporate bylaws.
Conduct due diligence and assist clients in assessing the legal implications of corporate transactions.
Collaborate with clients, legal professionals, and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications Partner level experience bringing in new business
5+ years of experience in M&A/ corporate law
Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
