Litigation Attorney – Equity Partner Law Firm – 3.9 Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time $200,000 – $250,000 a year 20 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Litigation Full Job Description The Firm is focused upon a litigator with skills proficient enough to take charge and consistently prosecute claims for our clients in Florida. This Lawyer would be become a trusted equity partner. Existing contract/misrepresentation cases have damages in the tens of millions just in the Florida branch. Filed matters with good claims are ready to settle or upcoming adjudication within the next several months to a year (summary judgements or trials). We are seeking an attorney with reliable litigation skills. For their ability to faithfully represent our clients in their matters, that is how they rapidly become an equity partner. Availability is required to step into an immediate case schedule (in your location or ours) where most cases are in Orange County courts. We seek a proficient litigator who consistently and unwaveringly pushes cases forward toward final adjudication including bifurcated trials for elder abuse and/or punitive damages. Comfortable and highly credible in the courtroom is the expectation. Integral is also, the leadership ability for others in a growing role of management in Florida, and from the start, collaborating with the founding attorney who is retiring. Financial desirability comes with the workload, but the main qualifier here is to succeed for the clients, and all that follows shall be good.
