Based in Florida | Remote with travel across Central Florida | Non-Profit Legal Services Organization A leading non-profit legal aid organization is seeking a mission-driven Managing Attorney to lead its Real Property Rights Protection Unit. This is a remote leadership role (with some in-state travel) focused on protecting homeownership, land rights, and generational wealth for underserved communities across a 12-county service area. You’ll manage a dedicated legal team addressing critical issues such as: ?? Probate & title clearance ?? Quiet title actions & tax deed sales ??? Disaster relief & housing stability ?? Ideal Candidate:
? Member in good standing with The Florida Bar ? 7+ years of legal experience (5+ years of management preferred) ? Passion for equity and legal advocacy for low-income communities ? Strong litigation, supervision, and community outreach skills ??
