Job Description:

Description is looking for a Multifamily Centralized Sales Associate to joinour team. As the Multifamily Centralized Sales Associate you play a vitalrole in supporting Continental communities achieve their leasingmetrics and secure leases through creating excitement for futureresidents to tour our communities while providing superior customerservice. Responsibilities will focus on uncovering prospect needsto find the perfect apartment, while providing a unique andpersonalized experience to each. This position can work remote within our Florida market withperiodic visits to our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI, as wellas the communities that you support.

Essential Responsibilities:

Communicate with prospective residents in a via phone, emails,and text messaging. Share the features, benefits, amenities and pricing of thecommunity to the prospective residents. Leverage your outbound sales skills to create new appointmentsfor the communities. Use the customer relationship management (CRM) application totrack your interactions with prospective residents.
