Kubicki Draper seeks a Lateral Insurance Defense Partner to joinour Orlando office. We are looking for an experienced attorney witha strong background in insurance defense to handle a variety oflitigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal counsel in insurance defense, with a focuson third-party bodily injury claims, personal injury claims,automobile claims, traumatic brain injuries, significant propertyor business injuries, and wrongful death claims. Demonstrate a solid track record of trial experience, with theability to represent clients effectively in the courtroom. Collaborate with colleagues and clients, maintaining clear andeffective communication. Handle the entire litigation process, including drafting andreviewing crucial pleadings and motions, responding to discoveryrequests, attending hearings, and arguing motions.
MinimumRequirements:
A minimum of 10+ years of insurance defense litigationexperience. Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar and be in goodstanding. Strong legal research, exceptional writing skills, andpersuasive oral advocacy. A client-centric approach emphasizing an unwavering commitmentto exceptional client service. Strong organizational skills with a clear and concisecommunication style. Portable Book of Business Preferred.
