Salary Range:

$150k up to $200k annually, plus bonuses, incentives, and referral fees. Job Description Represent personal injury clients to ensure they receive the highest level of care and case outcomes Conduct client meetings, demonstrate empathy, and build trust and confidence Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and with insurance companies regarding claims and settlements Evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and handle litigation through trial as first chair Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active Bar membership in good standing in one of the above listed states 4+ years of litigation experience, with relevant first-chair trial experience Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why This is a
