We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Trial Attorney to represent clients in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal injury law and have substantial trial experience. This role requires a commitment to advocating for clients and achieving favorable outcomes in court. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury trials and hearings
Prepare legal documents and case materials for trials
Conduct legal research to support case strategies
Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
Advocate for clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their cases
Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and civil procedure
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
Demonstrated trial experience in personal injury cases
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple cases effectively
Excellent negotiation and client representation skills
Knowledge of medical malpractice, torts, and advocacy techniques
