The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and will be responsible for managing the firm’s residential and commercial closings. Duties Manage and oversee residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, title commitments, and closing disclosures. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and other attorneys to facilitate timely closings. Conduct and attend real estate closings; ensure all documents are properly executed and recorded. Resolve title issues, conduct due diligence, and clear encumbrances as needed. Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate-related matters, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction files and client communications. Stay current on real estate law developments and industry trends. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Florida. years of experience in real estate law with a strong emphasis on closings. Demonstrated knowledge of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Familiarity with title insurance, escrow procedures, and real estate finance. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Client-focused with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under deadline pressure.
