Salary:

$140,000 – $300,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking anexperienced and client-focused Estate Planning and WealthManagement Attorney to join our growing Florida-based legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estateplanning, trust and estate administration, wealth preservationstrategies, and asset protection, with a comprehensiveunderstanding of Florida law and relevant federal tax codes. Thisattorney will provide high-net-worth clients with sophisticatedlegal guidance tailored to their personal and financial objectives.

Job Details KeyResponsibilities:

Develop and implement customized estate plansincluding wills, trusts (revocable, irrevocable, charitable, GRATs,etc.), powers of attorney, and advance directives. Advise clientson complex wealth management strategies, including taxminimization, generational wealth transfer, business successionplanning, and charitable giving. Manage probate and trustadministration processes and represent clients in guardianship andfiduciary matters. Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, andother professionals to coordinate holistic wealth preservationstrategies. Stay current on changes in estate and gift tax laws,trust law, and Florida probate procedures. Draft and review legaldocuments with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance withall applicable laws. Build and maintain strong, long-termrelationships with clients by providing compassionate, strategiccounsel. Participate in business development efforts, includingseminars, client outreach, and networking events.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standingof the Florida Bar 5 years of experience in estate planning, wealthmanagement, and trust and estate law LL.M. in Taxation or EstatePlanning (preferred) Experience working with high-net-worthindividuals and families Strong analytical, drafting, andinterpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multipleclient matters with a high level of organization and attention todetail Interested in hearing more?
