The areas of law include MVA, premise, and medical malpractice. We are a small firm with a big presence. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Take and defend depositions of experts and witnesses Draft and argue motions and other pleadings Represent clients in court appearances and jury trials Manage cases from inception to resolution Must have strong attention to detail Must be licensed in the State of Florida Must have outstanding academic credentials Must have superior oral and written advocacy skills Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
