Overview Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney Location:

West Palm Beach, Florida Kelley Kronenberg is actively seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our productive team in West Palm Beach . This position focuses on handling property-related insurance defense matters , including but not limited to first-party property claims, and offers a great opportunity to manage a diverse and engaging caseload. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of civil litigation experience —preferably in property insurance defense —and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside a seasoned team of litigators, contributing to strategic planning, negotiations, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a litigation caseload focused on property insurance claims. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence. Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and participate in mediations and trials. Develop case strategy and maintain regular client communication. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently through the litigation process.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar. Minimum 2 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably within insurance defense or property claims. Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
