This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team of nationally recognized attorneys who provide sophisticated estate and tax planning services to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on all aspects of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
Draft a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts (revocable and irrevocable), powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Assist high-net-worth individuals and families with business succession planning and wealth preservation strategies.
Collaborate with clients’ financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to ensure cohesive planning strategies.
Provide legal guidance on tax compliance and reporting related to estate and trust administration.
Stay informed on developments in federal and state tax law and apply them to client matters.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
LL.M. in Taxation is required.
Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and tax law.
Strong drafting skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
