We are in search of an adept and seasoned Associate Attorneywith expertise in Estate Planning, & Guardianship to join our lawfirm in Boca Raton, FL. The perfect candidate should possess atleast 3-5 years of relevant experience, a solid grasp of courtroomprocedures, and a profound knowledge of estate planning, trusts,and guardianship. The ideal candidate will exhibit initiative,thrive in a courtroom setting, and effectively manage assignedlegal cases.

Responsibilities:
Legal Representation:
- Provide expert legal representation to clients in mattersrelated to Estate Planning & Guardianship.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure a comprehensiveunderstanding of each case.
- Provide guidance to clients on estate planning, trusts, andwills and how best to secure & protect their assets.
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents, petitions, andmotions.
Courtroom Advocacy:
- Attend court hearings and proceedings on behalf of clients.
- Prepare clients for court hearings.
- Present compelling arguments and evidence to support clientcases.
- Engage in negotiations and settlements when appropriate.
Client Consultation:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needsand concerns.
- Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients.
- Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other attorneys, legal professionals, andstaff within the firm.
- Work closely with external stakeholders, including socialworkers, medical professionals, and court officials.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all legal activities and processes comply with relevantlaws and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law related toguardianship and behavioral health.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized case files anddocumentation.
- Prepare detailed reports for clients and the firm asneeded.
Professional Development:
- Stay informed about developments in guardianship and behavioralhealth law.
- Attend continuing legal education (CLE) programs to enhanceexpertise.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar in Florida.
- 3-5 years of experience in Estate Planning, &/orGuardianship.
- Proven courtroom experience is a must.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
