Essential Requirements:
– 10+ years of business immigration law experience Proven track record with corporate immigration clients Strong leadership and client relationship skills Motivated to grow the practice and mentor others
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school Strong academic background Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Collaborative mindset to work across practice groups
Responsibilities Include:
Advise on complex nonimmigrant & immigrant visa matters (E, H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1/2/3) Counsel clients through the full lifecycle of employment-based immigration Navigate changing immigration laws & compliance requirements Partner with clients on strategy, risk mitigation & best practices Drive business development and expand client relationships
