The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from banking customers and using company policies to resolve customer issues. Our Inbound Customer Service Representatives often have a high-volume workload, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to prioritize work and make quick and accurate decisions.
