Salary:

The idealcandidate will have experience handling insurance defense cases,including personal injury, property damage, and other relatedclaims. This role requires strong litigation skills, attention todetail, and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload in afast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent insurancecompanies and insured clients in a variety of civil litigationmatters, including personal injury, general liability, and propertydamage defense. Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions,and other court filings. Draft legal documents such as discoveryresponses, briefs, and settlement agreements. Participate in allphases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings,and trial preparation. Communicate effectively with clients,opposing counsel, and internal team members to provide updates oncase strategy and developments. Attend court hearings, trials, andarbitration sessions as required. Provide risk analysis and adviseclients on legal strategies and potential outcomes. Manage acaseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys oncomplex matters.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law schooland admission to the Florida Bar. 3 years of experience ininsurance defense litigation, preferably in bodily injury, generalliability, or property damage. Strong knowledge of Florida law andprocedural rules. Excellent legal research, writing, andcommunication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities andmeet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
