Description Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm in Boca Raton seeking an attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to handle intellectual property, entertainment, civil, and commercial litigation matters. This position also involves negotiating trademark and copyright licenses, assignments, and production agreements. The position ins on-site with some flex, a relaxed billable environment (1900 hours), and a dog-friendly office with strong work-life balance. Ideal candidates will have strong legal writing skills, be comfortable arguing substantive motions, and able to manage cases independently with minimal supervision. - Must have intellectual property litigation experience
- Responsible for intellectual property litigation and cases related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Representing clients in disputes, navigate complex litigation procedures
- Strong litigation skills, including case management and courtroom representation.
- Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
- Member of the FL Bar.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
