Compensation:

$70,000 – $135,000 salary + bonuses

Responsibilities:

Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Govern personal injury case files from inception to completion Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system

Qualifications:

Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory Must be computer proficient Florida licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history Outstanding academic credentials Self-starter, driven by long-term career goals Superior oral and written advocacy skills Team oriented About Company At Frankl Kominsky Injury Lawyers, we are committed to providing aggressive, effective legal representation to each individual client.
