Job Summary:
TempExperts is partnered with a thriving law firm for a Property Damage Property Attorney position. The ideal candidate must have a Florida Bar License and at least 3 years of property damage property defense litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution concerning property damage property defense cases. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop strong legal strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure timely and effective case management, maintain client relationships, and achieve successful case outcomes. Engage in negotiations, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial advocacy to advocate for our clients’ interests and achieve optimal results in litigation.
Qualifications:
Active Florida bar membership in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of experience in property damage property defense litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
