Candidate must be friendly and punctual to ensure firm lobby is open to public during listed business hours. Candidate will be required to answer all incoming calls, review and process incoming mail, and assist the paralegals with light work (faxing, mailing, data entry, sending out standard form letters to clients and medical providers). The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, ambitious individual, who is looking for an opportunity to learn the ropes of a personal injury law firm and grow with the firm. This is a small but fast paced law firm that prioritizes a work/life balance. Attitude is more important than skill for this role. We will teach the right person. Pay to commensurate with experience as well as the opportunity for bonuses.
