The ideal candidate will have a book of business as well as a strong background in handling Veterans disability claims such as Agent Orange and PACT Act claims, PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma, musculoskeletal issues, hearing loss and tinnitus. Responsibilities Representing veterans at the Regional Office, the Board of Veterans Appeals, and at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and negotiations. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and estate planning documents. Manage case files and maintain accurate records within the law office. Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect client interests. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Strong legal drafting and writing skills Accredited to represent veterans at Regional Office, the Board of Veterans Appeals, and at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims If you have the grit, determination, and passion to succeed, this is a great opportunity.
