Position Title:
Attorney-Civil Litigation (Remote, in Florida)
Compensation:
$100,000+/year commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Handling cases involving real estate litigation, business litigation, condominium and HOA litigation, municipal ordinance violations and landlord/tenant issues Handle pleading and discovery matters and conduct motions practice Prepare for and attend depositions Attend court for various contested and uncontested matters including motion hearings and trial
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 + years of experience handling general civil litigation preferred Florida Bar license required Excellent research and writing skills required (motions heavy practice) Strong understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure Ability to effectively communicate and work closely with clients Ability to manage and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients whether through settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial Ability to develop case specific legal strategies to best advocate for our clients www.
