Opportunities for professional development. JobDetails We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable AssociateAttorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a stronginterest in community association law and a commitment to providinghigh-quality legal services to condominium and homeownerassociations.

We are willing to train an associatelitigator in condo law!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counselto community association boards on governance, compliance, andoperational matters. Draft and review contracts, amendments, andgoverning documents. Represent associations in litigation,arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Handle collections,lien enforcement, and foreclosure actions. Advise clients on fairhousing laws and regulatory compliance. Attend board meetings andprovide on-site legal guidance when necessary. Collaborate withparalegals and support staff to manage caseload efficiently.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar. 1-3 years oflegal experience preferred; experience in real estate, HOA/condolaw, or civil litigation is a plus. Strong legal research, writing,and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communicationabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meetdeadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Florida StatutesChapters 718 and 720. Experience attending and advising at boardmeetings. Mediation or arbitration experience is a plus. Interestedin hearing more? Easy Apply now by clicking the “Apply Now” button.
