The ideal candidate will have demonstrated first-party property experience, including independent case management, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending mediations and case management conferences/court hearings. The successful candidate must be a well-organized self-starter and able to manage tasks and deadlines independently while keeping key stakeholders informed of case status. Traub Lieberman provides a collaborative team environment and institutes an active training program to foster professional growth. As a member of our team, the attorney will have the benefit of gaining hands-on experience and working closely with partners invested in their professional development and growth. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Florida. 2-5 years of litigation experience (first party property or insurance defense preferred). Strong writing, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
