Work Overview:

Review and approve draft complaints and motions (documents prepared internally). Sign as attorney of record and e-file documents with Florida county courts via e-portal. Attend short hearings (15-30 minutes) as needed (remote where possible). This is not an advertisement for public legal services. Work is internal support for company-prepared cases involving administrative title disputes and corrections.

Requirements:

Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar. Comfortable with remote document review and assuming professional responsibility for filings.

Compensation:

$150 per court packet reviewed and signed.
