Insurance Defense Associate Attorney Reynolds Parrino Shadwick, P.A. 8950 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Street North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702 The AV rated insurance defense firm, Reynolds Parrino Shadwick P.A. is seeking an Associate Attorney to litigate first and third party insurance claims. Entry level candidates with strong academic achievement or prior state attorney experience are encouraged to apply. Prior insurance defense experience is a plus but not a requirement. We are located in St. Petersburg, FL. The following knowledge, skills and abilities are preferred Excellent research and writing Experience drafting pleadings, motions, memorandum of law, and appellate briefs in civil litigation Experience taking and defending depositions Experience arguing discovery and pretrial motions Proficient in Westlaw, Microsoft office & Adobe A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package provided including health, dental & vision insurance, employer paid life insurance policy, employer paid long term disability and matching 401(k) after one year employed.
