Experience in any of the following practice areas is beneficial, but we also welcome applicants with a diverse civil litigation background: Business litigation. Construction defect litigation. Property damage / first-party insurance litigation (plaintiff). Real Estate disputes. This position will allow you to explore practice areas that interest you, while simultaneously affording you the opportunity to elevate your career alongside a rapidly growing firm.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS
Strong preference given to applicants with 4+ years of experience in litigation (from pre-suit through trial – depositions, mediations and hearings). Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
