Qualified candidates must possess all the following credentials : Be a graduate from law school in the top third of their law school class; & Be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida Key Responsibilities include: Managing full case load from case inception to post-trial Conferring with clients Drafting demands Negotiating settlements Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law Attending depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings
