Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have demonstrated experience with the following duties:

• Draft and review real estate purchase and sale agreements and leases.
• Conduct title, survey, and other due diligence reviews.
• Represent clients in and conduct real estate closings.
• Review and negotiate loan documents.
• Draft and review company formation documents, including operating agreements.

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience drafting and reviewing corporate contracts and in M&A transactions.
